ABOUT US 

Dream Executive Travel are specialists for Airport Transfers & ANY other Occasion travel and can accommodate ALL your travel needs. We are #1 for airport transfers Liverpool to Manchester Airport and will have you at the terminal ready to check-in and start your holiday in style and in no time.

Whether it be a family holiday, a business trip, corporate chauffeur work, race meetings, golf trips, football stadium trips or match day chauffeur service we can accommodate for all your needs.

All UK airports/seaports covered. We are the cheapest for airport transfers and ANY occasion travel. 

Our very smart fleet of drivers are trained to a high level all with many years experience and knowledge. We want to ensure your service and experience is 100% satisfactory. 

All aspects of corporate account work are undertaken so your business never has to worry about employees or clients traveling to and from the airport again worrying about arranging money. We can simply invoice you once a month to suit your needs (T&Cs Apply) 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

You will receive an 'Dream Executive Travel Acknowledgement' email for the journey(s) you have requested. You are responsible for checking that the details received to us are correct.

Once we have checked the availability of your trip typically within a few hours, you will receive a reply confirming the booking has been accepted and the driver will be with you on the given date / tone. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you turn your phone on immediately once you land and are able to do so. We reserve the right to leave the airport if no contact is made within 1 hour after landing. 

Dream Executive Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for any possible interruptions during your journey to or from the airport. It is your responsibility to allow enough time and ensure you give us the correct times. 

You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 2 hours prior to flight departure, however Dream Executive Travel accepts no responsibility for any missed flights.

No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

Dream Executive Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact us immediately.

The exact route of your journey is down to the driver's discretion on the day of travel, alternate routes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, where the mileage or duration significantly changes, alternate routes may incur additional charges, this is calculated on an individual case basis.

Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not any other information. 

If your flight has any serious delays please inform us as soon as possible as our flight system don’t always give accurate delay times. 

Dream Executive Travel use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.

POLICIES & NOTICES

Pricing

Dream Executive Travel prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and number of passengers traveling taken into consideration.

Dream Executive Travel reserves the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if the vehicle is not suited for your luggage. 

Waiting Time

On Journeys collecting from an airport Dream Executive Travel does not charge for the 1st hour's waiting time after the plane has landed.

Waiting time charges will however start once the 1st hour has elapsed from when the aircraft has landed and will be charged, regardless of reason, at £20/hr pro rata.

Waiting time for all other journeys will be charged at £20/hr pro rata from the scheduled pick up time. Our drivers have many jobs booked within the same day and cannot wait longer then the typical amount of time. 

Tolls

Any Tolls are not included in the instant online quotes. The driver will ask you for the money or we can take this from your card if you prefer. Car Park charges are however included. 

Amendments

Any amendment must be made via an email or by telephone to us to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment. Amendments must not be made with your driver. We accept no responsibility if you tell the driver and they don’t report it back. 

Re-Booking

All bookings must be made through the office either via the website, telephone or e-mail. In this way confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured.

Cancellations

Dream Executive Travel will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a £5 or 8% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge per journey. All cancellations must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.

If you do not receive an email from us, Dream Executive Travel confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case please call our office on 0151-525-6969

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

- No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.

- No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice provided or afterwards.

Complaints 

Any complaints regarding service should be raised in writing with our office, preferably by reply to your confirmation email. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
